Mahwish Zafar is a highly dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist with over nine years of clinical experience in hospital and rehabilitation settings. She has extensive expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across both pediatric and adult populations. Her clinical specialization includes pediatric and adult dysphagia, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurogenic communication disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, voice disorders, and NICU-based feeding and swallowing intervention.

She has held key clinical positions at Shifa International Hospital and Pehchaan Clinic, where she provided comprehensive speech and language therapy services, managed complex dysphagia cases in NICU, PICU, and adult care units, and supervised interns and junior clinicians. In addition to her clinical work, she has actively contributed to clinical training, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family counseling, ensuring holistic and patient-centered care.
