I am a Clinical Psychologist and IBT (International Behavior Therapist) and IBA candidate (International behaviour analyst). with experience working with both children and adults across a wide range of psychological and behavioral concerns. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), and ADHD, focusing on behavioral management, skill development, emotional regulation, and individualized intervention. I have been working with neurodivergent children for 4 years.

I also work with adult clients experiencing stress, anxiety, insomnia, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, emotional dysregulation, and personality-related concerns, as well as clients with neurotic disorders.

My professional expertise includes psychological assessment, diagnostic tools, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and behavioral and psychological interventions. I aim to provide an evidence-based, compassionate, and individualized approach that helps clients achieve meaningful and lasting improvement in their psychological well-being.
I am working as a senior therapist at Olive Garden Islamabad in special education department. I design IEP plans based on ABLLS-R. The goals include skill development and educational development. I provide group sessions to the students in classroom.
