Dr. Anum Sarfraz is a licensed clinical psychologist (AHPC, Pakistan) and a certified Mindfulness Teacher (The Mindfulness Network, UK) with over eight years of experience in therapy, teaching, and research. She holds an MS in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Psychology, where her research focused on mindfulness-based interventions to help young adults manage stress and enhance well-being. She is also a lifetime member of the Pakistan Psychological Association.
Dr. Anum Sarfraz has worked with individuals, families, and students in both online and in-person settings, using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and psychodynamic approaches. Her clinical experience spans hospital, university, and community contexts, supporting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties, and everyday life challenges.
In addition to her clinical work, she has served on the committee for the development of competency-based curriculum of psychology courses in Pakistan. She is actively engaged in professional trainings for psychologists, and the facilitation of mindfulness groups. She also mentors students.
